Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice

Intro: This is a novelization of the trailer for the heavily anticipated film Batman v Superman. This does not take place in my DC universe nor does it affect the story in any way. 

The silver Warner Brothers logo appears in a black limbo, and transitions to the DC Comics logo. Out of the silence, a voice was heard.

"Is it really a surprise, that the most powerful man in the world, should be a figure of controversy?" 

A giant concrete Superman statue was then seen on a big pedestal in the middle of a park. He was as though he was ready to take off, with his hand out as though offering to take someone's hand with him into the skies. Metropolis was restored, but it's soul was not. It's lit up buildings lighting up the scenery. Another voice was heard.

"We as a population of this planet, have been looking for a savior."

Superman is now seen in a group of people, with a worried look on his face, sadness. Some of the people had skeleton makeup, resembling the dead. The people were reaching out to him. It then blackens back to the Superman statue. As though hearing through Superman's ears, various voices were heard.

"We're talking about an alien whose very existence...."

"They are not telling us the thruth."

"challenges our sense of priority...."

"This is OUR planet!"

"in the universe."

Superman, with his incredible strength, held what appears to be a sattelite, plucked from it's orbit and brought to Earth. It transitions back to the statue, with it's lighting switching on, barely covering the statue.

"People have a terrible record of following people with great power."

"And ultimate power corrupts absolutely."

"Chaos."

In a undergound tunnel, Superman was at the end, beginning to walked down the tunnel, with six soldiers with the House of El symbol on their shoulders, bowing to him as he's about to move, as though he is a god.

"I think he's just a guy trying to do the right thing."

Lex Luthor's voice was heard.

"We know better now don't we? Devils don't come from Hell beneath us. They come from the sky."

Superman is up in the sky, with him looking down as a person reaches out to him.

"The world's been brought up about what he can do, and no one's asked what he should do."

Voices were chanting, either saying "Go home!" or "No hope!", whichever you choose. The statue is then fully lit up, and someone has vandalized the statue, spray-painted over Superman's chest. It read these words,

FALSE GOD

Alfred Pennyworth talks in a soft tone.

"That's how it starts."

It cuts to black, and then turns to Bruce Wayne himself in a room, looking upset. Alfred continues speaking.

"The fever. The rage. The feeling of powerlessness."

The camera changes, revealing Bruce looking at his own suit, a black and grey suit with a cowl that has pointy ears, resembling a bat. A bat symbol across the chest, black boots, and a greyish-yellow utility belt. He was Batman

"That turns good men, cruel."

IN 2016

Bruce, in his suit, was in a room filled with words and a question mark on a column. Lightning was striking. The Batmobile in the background, and Batman held something while looking into the sky.


The Batwing was then flying towards the Gotham Piers. It was firing at a group of men trying to shoot it down. In the progress a car exploded. It shifts to the Batmobile on the streets with it's engine firing up. Once again, on a different side, the Superman S flew over. We get a nicer view of Batman as he walks out of a tunnel, which he appears to be walking through a destroyed building with fire in the background. Again, the camera flew over the S shield. Batman is on structure looking over a city, holding what looks like a sniper rifle. But in reality it is a grapple gun made for long distances. His cape flowing in the wind. It then turns to him in his armored exoskeletal suit, looking up with glowing white eyes, in the rain, during a storm, at Superman. Superman is up at the sky, looking down at him. Batman asks in digitally altered voice.

"Tell me, do you bleed?"

Superman then descends on the ground, slamming into it. The screen cuts to black, with Batman answering his own question.

"You will."

The Superman logo is seen in it's full glory, and when the light behind it glows brighter, the Batman logo is behind it. The screen turns to black and the film's title spread across.
